About

A more considered way to arrange travel

We take on as much or as little of a journey as you want us to — the whole of it, or the one part you would rather not deal with yourself.

Why we exist

Travel tends to feel better when the important details are handled with care.

Some people enjoy comparing endless options. Others prefer a more thoughtful and more human process — one that starts with the journey itself, rather than a crowded list of choices.

Henri Leroux works that second way: quieter, clearer and more attentive to timing, purpose and preference. You decide how much to hand over — all of the journey, or only the part you would rather not deal with yourself.

How we work

What that means in practice

The same people

You deal with the same people from beginning to end, and everyone involved knows where your journey stands — so nothing waits for one particular person to be at their desk.

Discreet

What you tell us stays with the people arranging your journey. We do not use your name elsewhere, we do not discuss your plans outside the work, and nothing we ever write about how we work points back to you.

Nothing you have not agreed

We book nothing and charge nothing unless we have agreed it with you first. Anything paid before you decide counts towards the final cost.

The second and third of these are set out in full on How it works.

Our approach

Not every journey needs more luxury. Many simply need more thought.

We are not trying to make travel louder or more theatrical than it needs to be. We are trying to make it feel properly handled — so that when plans change, whether yours or a supplier’s, sorting it out is our problem rather than yours.

In practice, that means
  • We look at a journey as a whole, so the parts fit together rather than merely existing
  • We treat timing as seriously as comfort — a fine hotel on the wrong side of the city is the wrong hotel
  • We keep in touch in proportion to what is happening, which sometimes means not writing at all
  • We say when something is a bad idea, including when the idea was ours
  • We stay flexible where a request needs it, and say plainly where something cannot be done

If this approach feels right

The next step is an easy one — share your plans, and we will review them with the same care described here.

Select any that apply — one service is enough to start a conversation.
