1. Who uses these technologies
HENRI LEROUX LTD, a private limited company incorporated in England and Wales under company number 17319863, with its registered office at 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom, operates https://henrileroux.com.
In this policy, “Henri Leroux”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to HENRI LEROUX LTD. This policy explains the cookies and similar browser-storage technologies currently controlled by us on that domain.
2. Cookies and similar storage
A cookie is a small value stored by a browser and sent with relevant web requests. Local storage and session storage keep values in the browser but are not cookies. We use the broader expression “browser storage technologies” where a rule applies to all of them.
3. Consent
Strictly necessary technologies may be used without consent where legally permitted. Functional, analytics and marketing technologies are activated only after the corresponding consent where required. Continuing to browse is not consent. You can accept, reject or manage optional categories through the preference centre and change the choice later.

The current production site does not deploy a public analytics or marketing provider and does not set optional advertising or measurement cookies. Restricted admin authentication may use necessary server-managed session technology, but it is not used to track public visitors for advertising purposes.
5. Preference-centre categories
The preference centre presents four categories so future optional technologies can be controlled consistently:
- Strictly Necessary: essential storage and security functions; always active where needed.
- Functional: optional preference or enhanced-function technologies; none are currently deployed beyond the user-initiated quick-start handoff described above.
- Analytics: Optional cookie-based audience-measurement functionality. No analytics provider is currently in use.
- Marketing: optional advertising or campaign measurement; no marketing provider is currently deployed.
An available preference category does not mean that a provider or technology in that category is active.
6. Changing your choice
Use “Cookie settings” in the site footer to reopen the preference centre. Browser controls can also delete or block storage, although blocking necessary storage may prevent a preference or feature from working. The site preference centre is the primary control for optional categories used by Henri Leroux.
7. Third-party technologies
We do not currently deploy public analytics, advertising, embedded-map, video or spam-prevention technology. If a third-party browser-storage technology is added, we will update this inventory and the consent controls before or when it is deployed. A third party may have its own policy when you leave our website.
8. Retention
The actual durations for site-controlled keys are stated in the inventory. The consent record has no automatic expiry in the current implementation and remains until updated or cleared. The quick-start value is session-scoped and normally removed on consumption.
9. Changes to this policy
We may revise this policy when the implementation or legal requirements change. A new revision date will be shown. We will not treat continued browsing as consent to a newly introduced optional technology.
