Czech beer is an important part of the local table, but it is not the only one. Moravian and Bohemian producers make dry white wines worth seeking out; "pozdní sběr" is a late-harvest classification whose finished style can range from dry onward.
"Ledové víno" is a different, typically sweet ice-wine style. It can be a memorable finish, not a substitute for a dry white.
