Athens · experience
A licensed guide’s route across the Acropolis — Propylaea, Erechtheion and Parthenon — with the option to continue into the Acropolis Museum below.
The experience
A field-expert, licensed guide leads the climb up Acropolis Hill past the Theatre of Dionysus and the Odeon of Herodes Atticus to the Propylaea, the Temple of Athena Nike, the Erechtheion and the Parthenon itself, with the history, mythology and restoration work explained on site.
On the longer option, the group continues to the Acropolis Museum, where the surviving Parthenon sculptures, five of the original Caryatids and finds displayed over glass-floored excavations complete the visit with a separate-entrance skip-the-line access.
