Barcelona · experience
Timed entry to Gaudí’s hillside park — the mosaic Dragon Stairway, the Hypostyle Room and sweeping views to the sea — with the rest of the visit entirely self-paced.
The experience
Eusebi Güell commissioned Gaudí to design a residential park on Muntanya Pelada; it never became the housing estate he had in mind, but it opened as a municipal park in 1926 and was declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1984.
This timed ticket covers the monumental zone — the mosaic-tiled Dragon Stairway and its famous salamander, the Hypostyle Room’s forest of columns, and Nature Square’s undulating tiled bench, with views across Barcelona to the sea from the park’s upper paths.
Entry is timed, but once inside there is no schedule to keep: the rest of the visit, and the green Austria Gardens beyond the monumental zone, are entirely self-paced.
