A private day pairing the Great Wall at Mutianyu with the Ming Tombs.

A private day tour choosing between the Badaling or Mutianyu sections of the Great Wall, paired with a choice of Ming Tombs sites — the Sacred Way, and either Dingling, the only excavated Ming imperial tomb, or Changling, the complex’s largest mausoleum.

Mutianyu is generally the better-preserved and less crowded of the two Wall options, reached by a 1.5-hour drive with a cable car or ski lift up (and a toboggan slide down, at Mutianyu); a Chinese-style lunch is included between the two stops.
