Cape Town · experience
A round-trip cable car ride to Table Mountain’s flat summit plateau, with views across Table Bay, Robben Island and the Twelve Apostles.
The experience
A rotating cable car climbs roughly 700 metres in under five minutes from the lower station on Tafelberg Road to the mountain’s flat-topped summit plateau, turning a full 360 degrees during the ascent.
The summit has a network of paved and gravel walking trails, with views stretching from Table Bay and Robben Island to the Twelve Apostles and, on a clear day, as far as Cape Point.
