New York · experience
Contactless timed entry to the Museum’s Historical and Memorial exhibitions and Foundation Hall, plus free access to the Memorial’s twin reflecting pools and Survivor Tree.
The experience
The National September 11 Memorial & Museum sits on the footprint of the original Twin Towers, and this ticket covers timed entry to the Museum along with free access to the Memorial itself — the twin reflecting pools, the Survivor Tree, and the Memorial Glades.
Inside, the Museum is organised into three permanent sections: the Historical Exhibition, tracing the day itself and its build-up and aftermath; the Memorial Exhibition, “In Memoriam”, commemorating those who died in 2001 and in the 1993 bombing; and Foundation Hall, built around the last steel column removed from Ground Zero and a surviving section of the original slurry wall.
Outside, the twin pools mark where the towers stood, their bronze parapets inscribed with the names of everyone who died in both attacks — free to visit for anyone, ticket or not.
