New York · experience
A traditional two-masted schooner under sail as the sun sets over the Manhattan skyline, with close views of the Statue of Liberty and one drink included on deck.
The experience
The Adirondack is a traditional two-masted schooner — smaller, quieter and altogether more atmospheric than the large sightseeing boats that also cover this stretch of harbor. It sails from Chelsea Piers out onto the Hudson as the sun sets over the Manhattan skyline, with one complimentary drink included on deck.
The route passes close to the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island, by the SeaGlass Carousel toward Brooklyn, and along Battery Park and the Financial District as the light fades — golden-hour skyline views from open water, under sail rather than engine.
Guests are welcome to bring a simple snack; alcohol brought on board is not permitted, but wine, beer and Champagne are available from the crew.
