Fast-track entry to one of Italy’s foremost museums of 20th-century art, in Peggy Guggenheim’s former home on the Grand Canal.
The experience
The Peggy Guggenheim Collection holds one of the most important collections of European and American art from the first half of the 20th century, with works by Picasso, de Chirico, Dalí, Pollock, Kandinsky and Magritte among them.
The museum is based in the Palazzo Venier dei Leoni on the Grand Canal, once Peggy Guggenheim’s own home, and most of the works on display come from her personal collection — Cubism, Metaphysical Painting, Futurism, European Abstractionism, avant-garde sculpture, Surrealism and American Abstract Expressionism are all represented.
