The experience

A hands-on small museum recreating daily life in Communist Poland.

A self-paced visit through a recreated slice of Communist-era Poland: a period living room, an original telephone booth, a 1970s cinema showing propaganda films, three on-site stores, a kindergarten of original toys, and a cafe styled on the 1950s original, complete with a 60-year-old coffee maker.

A free smartphone audio guide (English, French, Italian, Spanish and Polish) can be downloaded before the visit, and the museum includes daily surprises alongside its permanent displays.
