Prague Private Airport Transfer with a One-Hour City Highlights Ride

A two-hour private service, on arrival or before departure, that turns an airport transfer into an unhurried look at Prague: the journey to or from the airport, with three classic stops between the Castle and the Old Town on the way.

2 hours in total, from the confirmed meeting pointPrivate vehicle

How this ride works

A transfer with room for Prague.

This service works in both directions. Some travellers land early, before the hotel room is ready, and use the time to see the city on the way in. Others fly late in the evening, after check-out, and take the ride on the way to the airport. Either way, the transfer stops being lost time.

The service is two hours in total from the confirmed meeting point. That time covers the meeting at the airport, the journey between the airport and the city, and the city-highlights ride of about one hour. How the two hours divide depends on the flight, the luggage and the traffic on the day.

You may begin at the airport arrivals terminal, at a railway station, or at your hotel on the day of departure. The ride may finish at your hotel, at another agreed Prague address, at a station or at the airport. The final sequence is confirmed before the ride so that it works with flight timing, luggage and the onward plan.

Standard ride rules

  • Choose all of the suggested stops, or only the ones that interest you. The ride should reflect the passengers, not a compulsory checklist.
  • The suggested order follows the city’s geography. From the airport the ride normally runs Prague Castle, Charles Bridge, Old Town; on the way to the airport it runs the other way round. You may request another order, provided the overall service time and practical conditions allow it.
  • Use as much or as little time as you wish at each stop within the total two-hour service window. The driver will help make the sequence workable rather than rush you through a fixed timetable.
  • The driver provides collection, private transport, waiting and the nearest practical drop-off and pick-up point for each stop. They are local and can offer practical suggestions, but they are not a licensed tour guide and do not provide guided services inside sights.

Suggested route

A route shaped around the real day.

Airport, railway station or hotel → Prague Castle → Charles Bridge → Old Town → agreed Prague address, or the same route in reverse. The suggested route is designed for approximately one hour of city time within the two-hour service. Traffic controls, events, access restrictions and the chosen start or finish can require an adjusted order or an alternative nearby setting.

Illustrative stop sequence

What the ride can hold.

01 · Confirmed point

Your chosen meeting point

Start at the airport arrivals terminal, at a railway station, or at your hotel on the day of departure. The meeting point is confirmed before the ride, so luggage, flight timing and departure plans are handled as one practical sequence.

02 · Suggested stop

Prague Castle

An exterior stop in the Castle district, above the river: time for the view over the city’s roofs, a look towards St Vitus Cathedral, and photographs from one of the best vantage points in Prague. Entry to the castle complex and guided visits are not part of this ride.

03 · Suggested stop

Charles Bridge

A pause at one end of the fourteenth-century bridge. The driver stops at the closest practical point and waits while you walk out between the statues for as long as the time allows.

04 · Suggested stop

Old Town

A compact stop for Old Town Square and the Astronomical Clock, chosen for an exterior look rather than a scripted visit. The driver will use the closest practical point permitted by access and traffic rules; a short walk may be needed.

05 · Confirmed point

Your agreed final address

Finish at your hotel, another Prague address, a station, or the airport if the ride is the final part of the stay. The driver selects the closest practical point for drop-off within local access rules.

Useful tips

A few details that make the ride easier.

  • Keep passports, tickets, valuables and essential medication with you rather than in a vehicle left at a stop.
  • Give us the flight or train details when booking so the confirmed meeting instructions match the actual arrival or departure.
  • Tell us about a folding wheelchair, child seat, oversized luggage or mobility needs before confirmation; the right vehicle and access points can then be arranged in advance.
  • In the historic centre, local access rules may mean a short walk from the closest permitted vehicle point. Comfortable footwear is enough for this route; it is not a strenuous walking tour.

Ride FAQ

Can I customise the ride?

Yes. You may choose all, some or none of the suggested stops, and request another order. The final plan must remain practical within the confirmed two-hour service and local traffic or access conditions.

Can I book it for my departure?

Yes. The ride can start at your hotel and finish at the airport or a station. Tell us your flight or train time when booking; we set the collection time so that the stops fit comfortably before departure.

What happens after I book?

Your payment confirmation is sent immediately. We then send the practical service details, including the assigned driver and vehicle, once the ride has been scheduled. Payment does not by itself mean the operational service is already assigned.

What if the service cannot be provided?

This is exceptional, but if we cannot provide the booked service we will offer a suitable alternative or arrange a full refund.

What is the cancellation policy?

You may cancel at least 24 hours before the confirmed pickup time for a full refund to the original payment method within five business days. If we confirm a driver no-show, we will also issue a full refund within five business days.

Will there be an official tour guide?

No. The driver is local and may offer practical suggestions, but is not a licensed guide and does not provide guided visits inside sights.

Do I need to be in good physical shape?

No special fitness is needed. This is vehicle-led; the only walking is optional at the chosen stops and can be adapted to mobility needs and the day’s pace.

Can I bring luggage?

Yes. Tell us the number and approximate size of cases when booking so we can confirm the right vehicle. Oversized luggage, sports equipment and prams should be mentioned in advance.
